Fiori Fritti

Ate the first zucchini blossoms of the season last night . Heavenly. A real case of anticipation. I planted 4 different varieties for blossoms and squash and dreamed about it for months.
How many ways can you use zucchini blossoms ? I am planning fritti with different stuffing and blossom risotto when the next batch is ready.

I just bought my first ones of the season at yesterday's farmer's market ($1.00 for about 2-3 dozen of them).

I usually fry them, either stuffed or not. I'd be very interested in hearing about other uses for them, though.

Stuffed, battered, and fried is so perfect, why bother doing anything else?
