I was served a dish with nervetti di vitello in Venice. However I'm still not sure what it is. Ideas and answers are very much appreciated.

Well, vitello is veal. But nervetti, hmm...Paulo? Maybe we should google it.

Nervetti di vitello = veal foot. Like other feet - rich, gelatinous, very flavorful. I have given up cooking veal because the quality is so lousy and have not found a source for the real thing .
