Winemaker's Dinner at Carlton Wine Studio

by Laura Brand-Bauer » Thu Apr 12, 2007 4:20 pm

Has anyone ever been to this event? I'm thinking of attending when Teddy and I are in Willamette in May. The only thing that slightly puts me off is that I noticed that the seatings (there are 3) are scheduled at an hour apart. Is it just me or does that seem rushed for an event that I would hope would be more casual and lingering?

No information on this particular event, but an hour apart for seatings seems VERY rushed to me. Heck, when we dine out anywhere we never spend less than 2 hours at dinner.

Well, I'm at least glad to know that's it not just me. I might take a pass on this. Thanks Cynthia!

I'm in Willamette 24/7 and am passing on this. But, they do make some spiffy wines there.

Thanks Chef, I'm passing too for now. Though I will likely stop by for some purchases. I agree - they do make some good stuff!
