Okay, so the corned beef is gone, consumed. I still have a lot of boiled cabbage and potatoes. Any suggestions for using these in other dishes?
Cheers!

Assuming you have cabbage, carrots, potatoes and broth, just chop everything up and make it into soup. If you don't have much broth, chop it all up and make hash. You may even want to buy one of those small cans of corned beef to doctor it up.

I like the soup idea, even if you have to add broth or stock. If you don't have any in the fridge, there are some fairly good ones in the supermarket soup section in milk cartons. I guess if all the milk is now in plastic, they have to do something with the cartons.

Potatoes and cabbage = bubble and squeak. It's the classic!
