Stainless Steel Vegetable Peeler

Does anyone have any experience with this?

I've never seen one before, but it seems a little more "all in one" than I'd like. I would also worry about the sharpness of the peeler edge. I've had cheap ones before that weren't very sharp and didn't peel well. If you do give it a try, then I'd be interested to know what you think.

None. (And the built-in bottle opener has me going 'huh'?) But I've been getting ads for something like this in my Facebook feed. The shredding of cabbage, for one, looks very appealing--but they even shave meat with it. I question whether it would actually work as advertised, and if it did initially for just thirteen bucks (yours) how long would it last? (SS tends to corrode easily in my marine environment, would have to be very high quality SS, and at that price it probably isn't.

Good points, thank you. I like to chop and shred, so it is not an issue for me. The photos looked amazing, and if it actually works that well, it would be fine. I don't need any more cooking toys, so I think I will continue to do what I do.

I wouldn't go for it as it has a wooden handle so isn't suitable for dishwasher

However the advert says it's a 'peeler and wine opener'. Their video shows peeling, and I'd like to see it opening a wine bottle.
