I like Dubai chocolate bars, but not enough to go too much out of my way to get them. The pistachio is great but the shredded phyllo is something I find to be less than fantastic. Certainly not bad enough to not eat it if it's put in front of me, though!

$17 per bar around here. That's more than I'll pay for any candy bar.

Karen, I ran into this some time ago and posted about it here:

viewtopic.php?f=5&t=70404&p=529020&hilit=Dubai#p529020

I've since tasted a Dubai chocolate. It was fine, but my indifference to chocolate in general prevented an enamoration that might be induced for others. I have noted that just about anyone who makes anything chocolate now makes a Dubai version. I saw several just walking in and out of Walgreens the other day.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

How big?

Recently, I happily paid 10 euros per 85g bar from a high-level chocolatier in Paris (Patrick Roger). Which is not cheap. But so good. Although I suspect the Dubai chocolate bars you reference are lower quality...
