Did anyone else watch the Top Chef finale?

Looking for chat about it but don't want to publish any spoilers in case someone plans to watch it, just hasn't yet.

Yes, saw all episodes. I believe that the person who won was definitely in the running. The final three line up was not necessarily the three I would have expected. But, between those three, I believe any one of them was a contender for the crown. I am not surprised nor disappointed.

About mid-way thru I'd have bet on Dan, Danny and Michelle being the final three (at least once Soo left). Savannah's late surge was a surprise, though going into the finale I had her in 3rd place. She came up with some great stuff but her work was consistently as good as Dan's or as elevated as Danny's. And her 'story' was more cliche and lacked the meaningful-ness of Danny's.

The internet is full of Dan fans saying he was robbed. However, Tom is on record saying if we'd listened to the whole two-hour chef's table conversation vs just the edited version that appeared on TV, it would have been apparent to us that Danny was a clear winner. Also, someone who knows Gayle said she was shocked to see the final version on TV, that the editing, intended to create suspense, instead created too much ambiguity. Per she also, Danny was the clear winner.
