Yeah, like it wasn't an Inn for the last 20 years and counting, even before Blaine Wetzel.

Seems way below what I would have expected as a list price. What do you think?

Seemed low to me too, but maybe the remoteness.
Also strange for a place that was mostly famous for a restaurant that no kitchen shots except one of outdoor grill.

That's strange. Wonder if they stripped the kitchen. I've been in that kitchen and it was well equipped.

The price is definitely low considering everything that could happen with the property and that deliriously great west facing view. Problem is who's going to have the chutzpah to start another inn there, and if you would instead want to convert it to a single family home then the cost of renovation will be considerable. Parts of the building (I've stayed in both of the upstairs suites) are dated
and probably 50-75 years old.
