I'd have been lost all these years without Bob's Red Mill.

Same here. I'm especially fond of the couscous and the popcorn. Bob's Red Mill has long been for me a source for obscure grain- and seed-related products. Like the bag of Red Mill teff flour sitting on my shelf, waiting for me to muster enough ambition to try making injeera.

One good thing about Covid for me was that local stores vastly increased their shelf space for what you call "obscure" Bob's grain products. The variety wasn't nearly as good in my area as it is now.
