When Intel came out with its Itanium processor chip, the engineers were asked to think about new ways in which it could be used. My suggestion was to take off the heat sinks, stand two Itanium chips vertically, and use it as a toaster. My original idea of using it as a combination doorstop/space heater wouldn't work because the package was too large to work as a doorstop.
