A bit of a surprise extra

by Paul Winalski » Wed Dec 28, 2022 1:34 pm

I recently bought some skin-on pork belly. It has a nipple on it.

Pork nipples sounds like some sort of Chinese banquet dish.

Along those lines, has anyone ever made a dish of lark's tongues in aspic?

So after eating that, did you say you were feeling a bit 'nippy'?
