The personal seasoning makes all the difference, but of course you would never actually use the pan, you'd hang it on the wall so you could draw inspiration from it, right?

I actually could use a pan that shape IF I only cooked one petrale filet (just for instance) at a time. Won't work for most things I do, though, so THERE. I just talked myself out of it.

Way too much money and a lot of fuss with the care. All Clad is just as good and does not require all the fuss. Love my All

It's the shape that attracts me. But yeah, I mostly own All Clad and love them, though I do own a few misc pieces from elsewhere.

Meh. The few times that I have bought specialty cookware I am invariably disappointed.

It's the perfect thing for this time of year--a gift monied persons can buy for their ____ who loves to cook. Serious cooks shouldn't go anywhere near it.
