I figured that Jenise might have the answer to this one.

It's 100% correct.

Have you ever seen Bobby Flay cooking in his home kitchen and his HUGE cat is on his shoulders? Too funny......

I've seen pictures of the cat but I don't watch his shows. It's an orange Maine Coon called Nacho. I read an article about him recently and gained some respect for him, having made what he has of himself--he didn't even finish high school. He was a trouble-maker kid who got a job working in a restaurant and decided that was the only thing in the world he wanted to do. He was an only child whose only sibling was the family cat, and he can't imagine his life without one. I can relate.

Most cats don't.

Jenise, I was not a fan of his for a long time, as I thought he had a bit of an attitude. Over the years, I have gained more of a liking and find him an interesting study. Lately, I am liking the episodes of he and Giada de Laurentiis in Italy. I love the scenery, the local places they visit like the goat farm, it was hilarious, he refused to milk a goat. Seemed a little afraid of them, which was funny for me because as an only child, two of my best playmates were a couple of goats grandpa kept in the back acre to eat the weeds. Yes, Nacho is his cats name and when I saw him and the kitty in the kitchen, I gained new respect. He loves cats!

Well, of course; we all are. But I wouldn't start with the cat in a cross-plate position like the one in the picture - it overhangs the crust by quite a bit on both sides....

I think Jenise should have one of these for her kitties - perhaps garnished with purrsley? With a crust of mice crispies?

If those are ladyfingers and a slice of kiwi, then that is one small cat.
