First time I baked some cookies. I simply took the shortbread recipe and added a broken bar of dark chocolate ... and here they are! Pity I can't eat them all (need to keep my line for the wedding)!!
YUM! Here's another thing you can do to shortbread: grind some coffee beans quite coarsely and put a dusting of those under the shortbread dough before you bake them.
