More Venison

I have a lot of venison. So today I whipped up this little ‘Posole’ with sweet potatoes, pecan smoked red chiles, and a touch of honey.

Sounds good. We like venison. We're from PA, and PA deer fed well on cornfields and apple orchards. Made for tasty meat. When we lived in MN, an old geezer gave me some venison jerky smoked for three days over apple wood. It was the best jerky I've ever tasted.

I’ve got some steaks from the cut. Maybe I’ll do that. Sounds delicious.
