Every once in a while I sprout mung beans or microgreens. Does anyone have a trick for easily removing the seed hulls? I swish the greens in a bowl of water, hoping the hulls sink to the bottom. It works okay but a little time consuming. Anything better out there?

Back when I had to grow my own mung bean sprouts I had the same problem. I used the same solution as you do--swish the sprouts in a bowl of water. IIRC, mung bean husks have about a 50-50 float/sink ratio. Sorting the whole mess, and dealing with de-hulling the stubborn ones piecemeal, is tedious and time-consuming. The commercial producers have purpose-built machines to do it.
