What is your most aphrodisical food for Valentine's Day

What do you consider the most aphrodisical food for Valentine's Day - or any romantic occasion?

Mine is ripe figs - especially the black or deep purple-skinned figs with vividly contrasting pink flesh. I love them raw or just lightly roasted to caramelize and concentrate the sugars. Mmmmmm. They are such a treat and so hard to come by, they are almost literally the forbidden fruit.

I also think the IOTM, fennel, can be quite aphrodisical too.

anything melting........

tonight I will stuff double wide pork chops with a slice of proscuitto and a slice of mozzarella
Then I will egg them, bread them, sear them on the stove top, and finish them in the oven, while I make some risotto upon which the pork chops will perch.

When they come out of the oven, the mozzarella will be all oozy - I love that.

I'm struggling with a wine match - the saltiness of the proscuitto would probably marry well with a Riesling, but I'm just not sure.

Any help here? We will have a sparkling with the appetizers, so we'll want something other than that.

We're having fried taters and weinies!!

Not sure if it's aphrodisiacal but it's comfort food for her so that's all that matters. :) Will likely have a fire going, too, and of course wine.
I can certainly see that you know your wine. Most of the guests who stay here wouldn't know the difference between Bordeaux and Claret.

My wife insists on a piece of high-quality chocolate and she'll do anything for it.

Stinky cheese and a good white burgundy.

Bordeaux.

Foods for two you can eat in front of a fireplace, like a miraton (layered onions, tomatoes and thinly sliced well-done roast beef or shredded leftover pot roast scooped onto broken pieces of crusty warm baguette.)

"roofie" is Rohypnol, sedative that when diluted is colorless, odorless, tasteless, and can put an individual out for 12 - 14 hours or even cause death.
