I hadn't been aware that Tony had done this series on artisanal crafts and greatly greatly enjoying it. Have a look.

Looking at this reminds me that one of my friends, Douglas Brooks, is the 2014 Rare Craft winner in a contest partly sponsored by Balvenie. I knew that name was familiar! Alas, the photo does not show Bourdain standing with the winners:
