I always use them in the sense of "OMG", but maybe that's just me?

I read and was moved by story, but hadn't formulated a response. There was some black comedy in there but response was more OMG like Robin. Good luck to you and Bob (and everyone else). This is likely to be worse before it is better. Be safe
