For those of us in the antipodes this is a great time of year in the veggie garden.
It is great to go outside and pick some tender young salad leaves, a tomato or two, basil. Pull up a beet. Talk the talk to things coming along.
Being able to pick the perfect number of leaves for a super fresh salad for one is remarkably satisfying.
Just discovered my finger lime finally has a fruit on it. After years (of late neglectful qyears) i repotted, changed its position and remembered to water and am rewarded.
And lots of other good things coming along nicely
So tonight I’m grazing with tomatoesAnd basil, salad, good bread. Brillat Savarin cheese a good pate
