I'm making it again on Thursday for a Portugese version of Thanksgiving dinner I'm going to on Thursday. Not sure what I'll do to make it more Portugese, maybe up the spice end a bit. I understand the stuffing will have piri piri and Portugese linguica in it, so being shy isn't what's called for.
