Pulled Chicken Sandwiches tonight and they were "delish"! I made 1/2 the recipe and I didn't modify anything except that I used Pepperjack cheese instead of the Monteray Jack. The results will vary according to the type of BBQ sauce you use. I used a combination of Honky Tonk Pig (a local sauce) and Jack Daniels original - more of the Honky Tonk and less of the Jack D. I would give this 2 thumbs up.
