Looking at the program ... I would be curious to hear how you make risotto alla milanese. It is something that still puzzles me.

Haven't done any jumping yet. I'm still stuck inside of Memphis with the mobile blues.

Risottos in general puzzle you? Or just the Milanese?

Alla milanese. I am quite good at risottos, but the recipe of this one seems to ... well, elude me.
