So you thought the Food Network couldn't sink any lower?

This:

The Food Network is developing a competition centered on the physical attractiveness of its all-male cast. The show is linked to People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” issue, according to Today, and it will showcase ten of America’s “most beautiful and talented male chefs,” all up-and-comers, as opposed to established celebrity cooks. The winner of the special will be featured in this year’s “Sexiest Man Alive” issue of People.

If Ray and Fieri are examples of their idea of attractiveness (not to mention talent, or lack thereof) I doubt this initiative will yield much of interest.

They're the same thing, essentially FN 1 and 2. Same company. The Cooking Channel was supposed to have a more serious focus on cooking but you can write that off--same circus on both, to my eyes.
