Help with translation Japan - English, i search the producer

i`m also here now , with my first post



is there someone who can translate it?

i`m in search of stores that would maybe ship to europe, maybe the producer

both are the best products i ever had from each kind


the person who sold it, closed his store and so i try to get it directly. in summer i do have to make special-sushi for arround 100 people.
