CTN: Transcending Red Hawk

Cheese Tasting Note, of course.

I have found a scrumptiously funky cheese that MAY be funkier than Red Hawk.....Jasper Hill Harbison. OMG is it delicious slathered on freshly baked bread. And, by the time we get it on the West Coast, it is deliciously ripe and runny!
