That is sad. I picked up a copy of "The Ultimate A to Z Bar Guide" during the Tower Books Going-Out-Of-Business sale a month or so ago. It's a well put-together book with lots of interesting cocktail-related stories as well as a huge number of recipes. Sorry to hear about this.
