Milk: combine with a can of tomatoes, butter, salt, sugar, pepper, tarragon and cook for an hour or so until it caramelizes and reduces into a delicious bisque. Egg yolks: add one more whole egg and a tablespoon of milk, and pan-fry into a hot flat disk, cut into strips and reserve for a fried rice later in the week.
