Best restaurant review ever?

We've been laughing at this on social media for a couple of days, and it really deserves an airing over here. This savage, hilarious review of Le Cinq in Paris in the Guardian may be even better than Pete Wells' famous takedown of Guy Fieri's place in Manhattan.

It's a gem. "The dining room, deep in the hotel, is a broad space of high ceilings and coving, with thick carpets to muffle the screams. It is decorated in various shades of taupe, biscuit and fuck you."

I liked the "crime scene photographer working methodically" reference.

I think Wells' made me laugh harder but this is pretty amazing. An he's taking down a Michelin starred place, not a tourist trap on Times Square!
