Food you can't live without

by Jenise » Fri Mar 24, 2017 2:08 pm

Yesterday I read this description of a dish (at a restaurant in Austin): smoked shrimp with dill-horseradish gnocchi. Both were set atop a layer of cream sauce.

I'VE GOT TO HAVE IT.

But will have to wing my own version of it. Doesn't it sound divine, though?

I bought one but there were several more in the queue. The link I gave you probably was to the one I bought. He had ten or so initially and they're probably still there. Try again!

HA! I just got back from checking, and saw your reply. What timing!

Unfortunately...11 dollars shipping. That puts it just outside my reach at the moment. Oh well.

Still, while looking around for reviews and such I saw Amazon lists this as the "old model". Maybe with a newer one on the market now, the price on this older one will continue to drop and I'll be able to grab one.

Thanks Jenise!

*sigh*

At least we didn't have to hire a plumber. I would have had to sell a Le Creuset!

(Lol...I can't believe you read that.... )

I'm sure it looks like that from afar, in fact not very afar.
