Deviled eggs are nature's gift. But they have to be made from local pastured eggs, of course. Industrial eggs are little balls of death and ashes.

Just that I've been such a wuss about eggs. You've probably heard me say this before, but elementary school sex ed really did a number on me and I only just started eating eggs in any form about two years ago. I've regarded devilled eggs with particular suspicion, since they contain mayo and all. .

No no NEVER! To the extent I may accept mayo in small doses, like a binder in a tuna salad, I love my dry sandwiches and will always have zero tolerance for seeing pus oozing off the bread.
