Speaking of eggs

On Saturday night, I ate the first devilled egg of my life.

Two days have passed, and I'm still alive!
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

Deviled eggs are nature's gift. But they have to be made from local pastured eggs, of course. Industrial eggs are little balls of death and ashes. :P

Just that I've been such a wuss about eggs. You've probably heard me say this before, but elementary school sex ed really did a number on me and I only just started eating eggs in any form about two years ago. I've regarded devilled eggs with particular suspicion, since they contain mayo and all. .

No no NEVER! To the extent I may accept mayo in small doses, like a binder in a tuna salad, I love my dry sandwiches and will always have zero tolerance for seeing pus oozing off the bread. :)
