Italy favorite "dolce" so far....

Last night my friend Holly and I shared an amazing white chocolate mousse with warm chocolate fondant that was heavenly. It is now part of my right thigh, but it was so worth it!!! Both the mousse and the fondant were very light and not overly sweet. We had mouth-gasms!

I see stains on the tablecloth from earlier courses - tut tut!
