Alas, it's on an evening that I can't make it. I bet I've got some musty-dusty equipment sitting around... I've got some vegetable carving tools that I never use, a toast rack, extra pie plates, plenty of little-used cookbooks....

That's what I was thinking, someone to replace me. I love cooking but doing it every night for most of my adult life is a bit much sometimes.
