Geocities 1997 and Olive Oil!!!

I was trying to do research on a one-time local olive oil producer when I came across their website via Google Maps link.

The Geocities reference was only to the way some websites used to look during the wild and "primitive" days of the Innertubes!

You used to be able to find sites like this with multiple fonts, screaming colors, odd cut-and-paste graphics files and endlessly scrolling texts. Geocities was a web hosting site that seemed to collect these amazing creations. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yahoo!_GeoCities

Yahoo bought it and shut it down.

There used to be this amazing screed called TIMECUBE (now gone ) that babbled endlessly about four days in one cubic time and evil scientists. Page after page after page.

Maybe I should have put this in the Basement under Friends, but it was (indirectly) food related.
