Pairing wine with dinner

by melanie.sazegar » Thu Jun 23, 2016 6:59 pm

I'm a newbie to the world of wine; I drink it at parties but don't know much about it. I cook a lot though and found this post about how to pick which red wine to serve with dinner and found it useful so I thought to share with the rest of you. Looks like I need to pick up a bottle before dinner (steak, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob) tonight!

Melanie, we always welcome new faces but a quick google reveals that, as suspected, you have an interest in the website you link to and are involved in inbound marketing management. As friendly as your post is, it's clearly not for the purpose of enhancing content within our close community but rather it's an attempt to attract eyeballs to your own--and that's more obvious than you think. We see it often. Because of that, I have to remove your link. However, if you'd really love to talk about pairing wine with food we'd love to join you in that conversation. We're all here because of our shared passion for food and wine.

Personally I like a nice dry rosé with my Spam!

Hee hee! Never ceases to amaze me how these marketing people don't recognize how recognizable their insincerity is.

Well, after all, it would have fooled her!
