A very nice reminder of when cooking shows were worth watching. Pepin, and Julia Child, were always a joy to watch. The stuff they have on today is just awful and teaches you nothing.

I felt the same way about Madeleine Kamman, whom I thought was just as good a teacher but never got her just due.
