In the blue 'prime meat' containers, I found this delectable treat yesterday at Costco. This isn't like the large wide rolled flaps that one can buy from Bryan Flannery. Rather, what they're doing is cutting thick steaks, removing the ring and packaging it separately from the trimmed eye piece to sell separately as a competitor to tenderloin. Still, though, as a piece of beef heaven? Wonderful.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
