http://www.nationalchickenwingday.com/Today is National Chicken Wing Day. "Proper" wings have not coating or batter, are served with celery (no carrots) and blue cheese dip (no ranch).

I served Beef on 'Weck a few weeks ago when family members returned were visiting from GA. The only time I know of when Beef on 'Weck is frowned upon is Fridays during Lent.
