Louisville Food Port

I thought this was an interesting short article on a proposed "food port" in West Louisville which will allow the clustering of small, local food producers into a single "industrial park"/theme park.

It's a great idea, but knowing my mayor, I'm going to wait and see whether this is (1) a PR pipe dream, (2) a wild idea by some functionaries who won't be able to carry it out, or (3) a brilliant concept that will turn us into The Next Portland.
