Good article. I've run across that attorney's blog and the newsletter he backs, but I didn't know anything else about him. He's an interesting guy.

Jenise, thank you for sharing the article. It is good information that I will keep in mind and I passed it along to some friends.

I especially liked how the author called out Whole Foods for their offenses. Their Senior Management is mostly comprised of sanctimonious greed-heads focused on this quarters earnings while trying to stifle health hazard warnings and acting like they are somehow "better" in the ethical sense than any other grocer.

I rarely ever compliment attorneys, but it is (arguably) good that there are ones like Marler.
