Young Ramsay

I expect that many of you haven't seen the British documentary 'Boiling Point' about Gordon Ramsay leaving the restaurant where he worked to open his first restaurant in 1998 (it eventually was awarded 3 Michelin stars) Worth watching - 5 30 min. episodes all available on Youtube, as well as the follow up Beyond Boiling Point series.

I think some at least of Ramsay's abrasive kitchen manner was probably learned when working under Marco Pierre White.

Really liked that. It's pretty interesting to see how Ramsey turned the "worst boss" epithet into a brand that's made him millions and millions of dollars. Can't really blame him for being tense in this episode, though. He had a lot on the line.
