By no means the prettiest or fanciest or even most perfectly stored and displayed cheese market in the Bay Area, but their prices are AMAZING. They have a tangy, funky, oozy, perfectly ripe Brie (not bland AT ALL!) for $3.99 per pound that is amazing. I just don't know how they do it, but even their less arcane cheeses are riper and more flavorful than many cheeses purchased at other shops...even at other shoppes.
They had a Saint Andre triple cream that was so oozy good and so flavorful it is hard to stop me from dipping my finger in it!The shop has been around since 1970! The current Laotian owners also make amazing Spring Rolls some days that are a meal in themselves!
