The James Beard Foundation (JBF) Kitchen Cam #JBFKITCHENCAM is now live from Beard House, airing whenever a visitiing chef and team are building a dinner for a beard House presentation. You can choose among kitchen, stove or prep views as weil as sign up for Email alerts at the new Kitchen Cam site.

Wish I'd known about this a couple of weeks ago. One of our local guys, Patrick Mulvaney, was invited to cook there. By all accounts, he and his staff put together a very good meal.
