Here's my lunch: an ahi napoleon followed by kahlua pig enchilada pie. The wonders of Hawaiian fresh fish aside, that pie was the single best thing I ate on that island. True smokey pork (the real thing, not Liquid Smoked) in between layers of tender masa (like a tamale, not tortilla) covered in a very complex mole sauce on a plate with an underlayer of tangy green tomatillo sauce.
