Pastafarianism

by Jon Peterson » Thu Sep 19, 2013 1:02 pm

As I am considering taking the full immersion into Pastafarianism, at Otto's urging, and in light of the fact that all five or six basil plants have exceeded expectations, tonight's dinner will be basil pesto over pasta. Two batches of pesto just completed are melding as I speak. The question is What Wine? This, I am pleased to say, is my biggest problem (and I hope and wish that it stays that way).

Pigato! - I had that when I worked at the wine shop but totally forgot about. Done! Thanks, Dale!

Speaking of New York City, have you ever been to one of Chef David Burke's restaurants?
