Fast-ripnening mangos?

Does putting them in a brown paper bag like an avocado work?

My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

Putting it in a paper bag will trap the ethylene, add an apple for faster ripening.
