What's the most delicious thing in your freezer?

I'm eye-balling the box of ice cream sandwiches we have near the bottom of our freezer. What's the most tempting item in yours?

Our freezer is usually empty, but at the moment we have some peach puree waiting for the winter and some raw chicken waiting to be cooked for my son. Since I don't eat chicken I'll have to say the peach puree!

There are a couple of pork tenderloins from the local farm (they sell them flash frozen). Unlike most pork tenderloins, these have flavor!

Since there is a difference between potentially delicious or ready to go delicious. In the latter category it's the packets of our smoked pulled pork BBQ from last year that we are still enjoying. In the first category it's the eight racks of St Louis Ribs that we bought at BJ's with $10 off yesterday.

The most delicious home made thing in my freezer right now is the roasted tomato sauces, some with garlic and jalapeño, some with an herby fusion, and frozen soups.

For the non-home made, it would have to be vanilla bean ice cream and a tropical flavored ice cream.
I just finished up a package of ice cream sandwiches, a vanilla type ice cream between two chocolate cookies that was low fat and excellent.

Toss up between the loin lamb chops and the blueberries we picked a few weeks ago. I must pretty much confess that I have little knowledge of what exactly is in the chest freezer or the fridge freezer except both are bulging, primarily with produce from the garden.

No good answer. There are no sweets at all in my freezer, it's mostly just meats, some vegetables and dough.

We grilled some marinated sirloin tips (way too many) about a week ago and they are beaconing me...steak tacos? steak sandwiches? steak salad? Hmm...

Rashaan, I would be whipping up some Bellinis this summer if I were you!

Yeah, although there's still some sort of peach/summer fruit goodness to be found in the market. Those tastes will be much more welcome in a few months!

We did the tacos the other night and decided this is the only thing we will do with steak tips any more. They made the best carne asada tacos.
