What to do with just-made ricotta?

by Robin Garr » Sun Dec 23, 2012 6:27 pm

We have about a half-liter of leftover locavore organic whole milk from Ehrler's, so I'm making a round of ricotta the size of a tennis ball out of it. Now what should I put it in for dinner tonight? Something easy ... no ravioli stuffing, please ...
