Five "worst" cookbooks (for health)?

by Robin Garr » Fri Jan 06, 2012 8:38 am

Can cookbooks kill? Probably not. Still, there's fun reading in this review of the year's five "worst cookbooks" from the Physicians' Committee for Responsible Medicine.

I can see having Paula Deen on a list like that.

But they are so humorless, and putting "America's Test Kitchen" on the list because of grilled meats is wacky.

The only reason Julia Child and Keller's "French Laundry" cookbook aren't on the list is that they didn't come out in 2011.
