Jeez Jenise, I've already confessed to enjoy watching Glee and the very talented people who appear on it every week. Now this way to diet and keep my weight down. My wife will start looking at me with a jaundiced eye.

Naaah, I think Betty Lu will instead appreciate your new insight! She probably already looks at food that way to some degree, I know I do. That is, I think in categorical terms and often use terms like "truck driver food" and "grandma food", just for instance, to put certain dishes in their place; but I didn't have an ingredient-based way of distinguishing between dishes that actually have a certain and similar level of refinement. Until now. :)
